The Peak Performance Program is structured in three phases: initial evaluation, immersion training, and reevaluation.

Phase One
Decode your nervous system
The Central Nervous System Vital Signs (CNSVS) test is a computerized, non-invasive neurocognitive assessment that measures memory, focus, processing speed, and overall brain function. It uses seven subtests to provide a quick, reliable snapshot of cognitive performance, identifying cognitive strengths and areas for improvement.
The Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) is a non-invasive assessment that maps brain activity. A cap with 19–32 electrodes, placed over the scalp, records EEG signals to analyze delta, theta, alpha, and beta brainwaves and evaluate brain coherence.
The Psychophysiological Performance Profile (PPP) unlocks the science behind peak performance by assessing your body’s physiological responses to psychological tasks. Measuring key physiological markers at rest and under stress, we identify patterns that affect focus, resilience, and efficiency, guiding personalized strategies to optimize your performance.

Temperature: Monitors peripheral skin temperature, which drops under stress and rises during relaxation.

Brain Activity (via CZ Sensor): A single-channel EEG at the CZ scalp location is used to measure alpha, beta, or theta brainwaves, assessing focus and mental states.

Respiration Rate and Pattern: Tracks breathing frequency and depth to evaluate respiratory efficiency.

Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Levels: Measures end-tidal CO₂ via capnography to assess breathing efficiency and its impact on cognition.

During the PPP after the baseline is established you will engage in controlled tasks simulating real-world demands e.g., cognitive challenges, timed tasks, or scenarios mimicking real-world pressures. These tasks elicit physiological responses, revealing how the nervous system adapts to pressure.
Our performance-trained doctors then analyze the data to identify unique brainwave patterns that reflect your inherent strengths and reveal areas where cognitive capacity or mental clarity may have diminished. Instead of focusing solely on correcting an issue, we use precision interventions like neurostimulation, PEMF, light therapy, and neurofeedback to restore and enhance your cognitive agility, focus, emotional resilience, and overall mental sharpness, helping you reclaim your brain's extraordinary potential.

Phase Two
RECALIBRATE WITH IMMERSION
The ideal brain training schedule is one session per day for five consecutive days, followed by a weekend break, and then five additional daily sessions. This spans approximately two weeks.
Sessions occur in a calm, well-lit room while you are connected to biofeedback sensors measuring heart rate variability (HRV), temperature, skin conductance, CO₂, and brain activity (via a CZ sensor) to provide real-time data on physiological states.
You engage in guided exercises to optimize nervous system biomarkers. Initially, some clients use pacers (rhythmic cues) to establish natural rhythms. As the body adapts (typically between sessions 6 and 8), pacers are replaced with sound and visual stimuli, which reinforce the rhythm without external cues. During sessions, you are not engaged in conversation but are focused on the biofeedback process, guided by a coach who provides real-time feedback and strategies.
Techniques like transcranial alternating/direct current stimulation (tACS/tDCS) and pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy introduce signals your brain entrains to, promoting coherence. Unlike traditional neurofeedback, this approach accelerates nervous system optimization.
The sessions are designed to be calming yet invigorating. You learn to associate efficiency with a relaxed state, retraining the body to perform optimally without stress. The coach explains the effects of brain stimulation and how to sustain coherence outside of sessions.
Brain training leverages neuromodulation and biofeedback to entrain the brain and optimize autonomic nervous system biomarkers. The process is both relaxing and energizing, teaching the body to operate efficiently without tension or stress.

Phase Three
Retest and Review
A follow-up quantitative electroencephalogram maps changes in your brain’s electrical activity. It compares pre- and post-training data to confirm enhancements in cognitive processing, focus, and neurological coherence.
Our experts analyze pre- and post-training data, including autonomic nervous system function, cognitive performance, and physiological markers like heart rate variability and breathing efficiency. This detailed comparison highlights your improvements and identifies areas for further optimization.
Based on the reevaluation, you receive tailored guidance to sustain your performance baseline. Recommendations include targeted breathwork, biofeedback exercises, lifestyle adjustments, and strategies to integrate your new skills into daily life, ensuring long-term success.
